Bio / CV

I first became interested in the great books and ideas of Western Civilization as an undergraduate student at UBC and Malaspina University. And I have written verses since I was 17. I worked my way through the B.A. and M.A. programs at The University of Alberta and managed to win a scholarship for my Ph.D. at McMaster University and The University of Toronto.

My interests in ideas and writing narrowed over the period of my studies from everything to North America to Canada to early 20th Century English Canadian verse,then gradually widened again. My main interests now are Creativity, Interdisciplinary Studies, and the Great Books.
