I have been at the University of Lethbridge since 2000. I graduated with a Ph.D. from the University of Texas in 1997 and I was Assistant Professor of Economics and Canadian Studies at the University of Maine from 1996 to 2000. From 2009-2011 I was a visiting fellow at Statistics Canada in Ottawa.
