    Westcastle field work 2014

    During two weeks in July, 2014, students of Chris' CFI-funded Artemis Lab embarked upon an ambitious plan to install three basic energy balance towers on Castle Ski Hill in the headwaters of the Castle River watershed, west of Pincher Creek, AB. We are gradually setting up a telemetered hydrometic network to support ongoing mountain hydrometeorological research and teaching.
