This summer, the Kothe group carefully discussed our values and understandings regarding equity, diversity and inclusion taking an inter-sectional approach. As a result, we adopted a poster expressing our values and reflecting our context in Alberta, Canada. We hope that our discussions and our poster can inspire others to increase awareness and conscious action towards equity, diversity and inclusion.

In the Kothe Lab, we believe:

• Immigrants are welcome
• Reconciliation is important
